Golongan darah adalah pengklasifikasian darah dari suatu individu berdasarkan ada atau tidak adanya zat antigen warisan pada permukaan membran sel darah merah. Hal ini disebapkan karena adanya perbedaan jenis karbohidrat dan protein pada permukaan membran sel darah merah tersebut. Dua jenis penggolongan darah yang paling penting adalah penggolongan ABO dan Rhesus (faktor Rh). Di dunia ini sebenarnya dikenal sekitar 46 jenis antigen selain antigen ABO dan Rh, hanya saja lebih jarang dijumpai. Transfusi darah dari golongan yang tidak kompatibel dapat menyebabkan reaksi transfusi imunologis yang berakibat anemia hemolisis, gagal ginjal, syok, dan kematian.
Golongan darah manusia ditentukan berdasarkan jenis antigen dan antibodi yang terkandung dalam darahnya, sebagai berikut:
Individu dengan golongan darah A memiliki sel darah merah dengan antigen A di permukaan membran selnya dan menghasilkan antibodi terhadap antigen B dalam serum darahnya. Sehingga, orang dengan golongan darah A-negatif hanya dapat menerima darah dari orang dengan golongan darah A-negatif atau O-negatif.
Individu dengan golongan darah B memiliki antigen B pada permukaan sel darah merahnya dan menghasilkan antibodi terhadap antigen A dalam serum darahnya. Sehingga, orang dengan golongan darah B-negatif hanya dapat menerima darah dari orang dengan dolongan darah B-negatif atau O-negatif
Individu dengan golongan darah AB memiliki sel darah merah dengan antigen A dan B serta tidak menghasilkan antibodi terhadap antigen A maupun B. Sehingga, orang dengan golongan darah AB-positif dapat menerima darah dari orang dengan golongan darah ABO apapun dan disebut resipien universal. Namun, orang dengan golongan darah AB-positif tidak dapat mendonorkan darah kecuali pada sesama AB-positif.
Individu dengan golongan darah O memiliki sel darah tanpa antigen, tapi memproduksi antibodi terhadap antigen A dan B. Sehingga, orang dengan golongan darah O-negatif dapat mendonorkan darahnya kepada orang dengan golongan darah ABO apapun dan disebut donor universal. Namun, orang dengan golongan darah O-negatif hanya dapat menerima darah dari sesama O-negatif.
Secara umum, golongan darah O adalah yang paling umum dijumpai di dunia, meskipun di beberapa negara seperti Swedia dan Norwegia, golongan darah A lebih dominan. Antigen A lebih umum dijumpai dibanding antigen B. Karena golongan darah AB memerlukan keberadaan dua antigen, A dan B, golongan darah ini adalah jenis yang paling jarang dijumpai di dunia.

SECARA UMUM
Tipe A :
Orang yang memiliki karakter kuat dan selalu tenang dalam kondisi panik sekalipun. Orang ini biasanya pemalu dan terkadang suka mengasingkan diri. Sangat sopan dan bertanggung jawab. Menjunjung tinggi sisi perfeksionis dalam pekerjaan mereka. Merupakan tipe yang paling artistik, karena kesensitifan mereka.
Orang dengan golongan darah A juga cenderung dianggap klasik “tipe” A mudah stres.
Tipe B :
Karakter orang ini paling praktis dan terkesan menyepelekan keadaan. Biasanya menjadi spesialis di bidang pekerjaannya, namun cenderung kurang kooperatif. Mereka biasanya tidak suka dengan peraturan yang mengikat dan bergerak sesuai keinginannya.
Orang dengan darah tipe B sering dianggap lebih santai dan kelemahan sekaligus kelebihannya ialah berbicara terang-terangan apa adanya tanpa memikirkan perasaan orang lain.
Tipe AB :
Karakter orang ini mudah berubah-ubah tergantung mood, namun juga terkadang sulit dikategorikan. Misalnya, dari sifat pemalu bisa langsung berubah menjadi sebaliknya. Di sisi lain orang tipe ini bertanggung jawab dan mudah dipercaya, serta cukup sosialis untuk membantu sesamanya asalkan kondisinya memungkinkan.
AB dianggap sebagai tipe darah terburuk di Jepang. Mereka ingin mengekspresikan kondisi mereka sendiri dan memiliki sifat untuk lari dari persoalan. Mereka hengkang dari pekerjaan ketika terdapat hal-hal tidak memenuhi harapan mereka. Untuk sementara, beberapa perusahaan mencoba membagi karyawan mereka ke dalam kelompok kerja berdasarkan golongan darah, dan tak seorang pun ingin bekerja dengan kelompok AB.
Tipe O :
Memiliki karakter yang terbuka, energik dan sosial. Mereka paling fleksibel dibandingkan tipe lain. Orang tipe ini suka menjadi pusat perhatian. Mengatakan apa yang ada dalam pikirannya secara jujur. Selain itu, orang-orang bergolongan darah O ini memiliki rasa percaya diri yang sungguh kuat.

1. International Fall, Minnesota
International Fall di Minnesota, USA dikenal sebagai titik yang paling dingin di antara 48 negara bagiannya Amerika. Kota berpenduduk sekitar 7.000 orang ini mempunyai suhu rata-rata 36,4 °F (2 °C). Suhu rata-rata selama bulan Desember, Januari, dan Februari di bawah nol. Pada Festival local yang dinamai “Icebox Festival” mengadakan kompetisi seperti lomba snowmobile, memahat salju, main bowling dengan kalkun yang beku, dan kejuaraan “Freeze Yer Gizzard Blizzard Run. ” atau lomba lari di salju ada yang 5K ada juga yang 10k. Kota lain, Fraser di Colorado juga mengklaim julukan kotanya sebagai“Icebox of the Nation” atau bahasa kitanya “kulkasnya Negara”. Kedua kota memperjuangkannya di pengadilan, dan keputusan terakhir dengan nomor registrasi nomor 3375139 yang dikeluarkan oleh The United States Patent and Trademark Office, International Fall berhak atas julukan ini. Sebagai tambahan suhu terendah yang pernah dicatat adalah -40°F atau -40°C
2. Umiat, Alaska
Umiat, Alaska adalah tempat yang paling dingin di Amerika Serikat, dengan suhu rata-rata 10.1°F atau sekitar-12°C .Suhu di Umiat bisa mencapai sekitar 70°F (sekitar 21°C) pada musim panas, dan tau senidirlah kalo di musim dingin. Penduduknya sekitar 5 orang (mungkin hanya terdiri dari peneliti yang bekerja di situ) dengan tak ada penduduk yang permanen. Kitabisa mengikuti kondisi cuaca di sini melalui Umiat Air Field online.
3. Snag
Snag adalah suatu tempat di mana suhu yang paling rendah yang pernah dicatat di Amerika Utara. Pada 3 Februari, 1947, peramal cuaca menambah strip lagi dengan menandai di termometer, karena air raksa di bawah strip angka meteran yang paling rendah. Ketika termometer ditandai kembalai ditemukan bahwa suhunya terbaca -81.4°F (-63°C). Di suhu suhu serendah itu, suara orang bisa didengar sejauh empat mil. Uap nafas membeku di udara selama sampai 15 menit, membuatnya mudah untuk menemukan kemana seseorang sudah pergi.
4. Northice Station
Tempat yang paling dingin di belahan bumi barat adalah Greenland, walaupun bagian ini menurut sejarah merupakan daerah yang termasuk Eropa. Northice Research Station yang berlokasi di tengah Greenland Ice Sheet mencatat suhu -87 °F (-66 °C) pada tanggal 9 Januari, 1954.
5. Yakutsk
Yakutsk, ibukota daerah Yakutia di Siberia yang mempunyai penduduk sebanyak 200.000 orang mengklaim dirinya untuk menjadi kota yang paling dingin di atas bumi. Pada Januari, suhu sehari-hari rata-rata sekitar -58°F (-50°C). Penduduk sering membiarkan mobil mereka hidup seharian untuk menjamin mereka bisa pergi ke rumah, takut beku kali bahan bakarnya ya. Juga diperingatkan untuk tidak memakai kacamata di luar ruangan, mungkin kacamata itu akan menempel di wajah kita dan menggoyakkan sebagian kulit kita bila dilepaskan.
6. Verkhoyansk
Verkhoyansk, di daerah Yakutia, Siberia, terletak dalam Lingkaran Arktik, naik mobil delapan hari dari Yakutsk. Tetapi anda hanya bisa tiba di sana pada waktu musim dingin, kalau danaunya membeku, karena tidak ada jalan lain! 1.300 orang tinggal di Verkhoyansk, bagian yang paling besar di antaranya, memakai rusa kutub untuk manarik kenderaan mereka dan hidup sebagai pemburu binatang berbulu. Dengan gading mammoth yang dijadikan tugu. Suhu yang sudah dicatat di Verkhoyansk Weather Station menunjukkan rekor minus 72 derajat Celsius, dan suhu rata-rata selama Januari ialah minus 49 derajat Celsius. Sayangnya, kota dekat di samping nama Oimyakon juga mencoba mendapat hak julukan sebagai “Cold Pole”, dengan dasar rekor yang tak resmi minus 78 derajat Celsius.
Daerah ini juga mempunyai julukan sebagai “Stalin’s Death Ring” atau cincin maut Stalin.
7. Oymyakon
Oymyakon, desa yang lain yang terletak di daerah Yakutia, Rusia juga mengklaim menjadi tempat yang paling dingin di belahan bumi utara,. Di bahasa Sakha (suku di Rusia), Oymyakon berarti “air yang tidak membeku”, karena adanya sumber air panas di tengah-tengah permafrost (tanah yg terdapat di daerah beku, yang tidak selalu tertutup salju, CMIIW deh). Pada 26 Januari, 1926, suhu di Oymayakon dicatat -96,2 °F (-71,2 °C). Ada bantahan dengan bilangan ini karena ada ukuran yang didapat melalui acuan yang lebih baik daripada ukuran termometer langsung. Seperi Snag di Kanada, Oymyakon terdapat pada cekungan di antara gunung-gunung, yang menjebak udara dingin. Suhu pada musim dingin sering lebih rendah daripada -50°F (46°C) atau sekitar -76°F(60°.

13 Kartun Hari Minggu di Indonesia yang Membuat Kangen

Dulu setiap hari minngu pasti ada waktu buat nonton kartun di TV, entah setiap sore, atau setiap hari Minggu pagi. Beda banget seperti zaman sekarang yang kalo kita bangun pagi-pagi setel TV, eh yang nongol malah acara-acara musik yang bisa sampe berjam-jam sendiri. Nggak asik! kangen film kartun zaman duluuu!!
1. Detektif Conan
Siapa sih yang nggak kenal Detektif Conan? Gara-gara dia banyak anak-anak yang cita-citanya jadi detektif dan selalu ngarep bisa punya kacamata canggih yang seperti Conan pake. Udah gitu pacaran sama Ran Mouri yang cantik itu.. Gimana nggak kangen coba..
2. Ninja Hatori
Boong ngibul kalo nggak hapal lirik lagunya Ninja Hatori. Ninja lucu yang suaranya serek-serek basah pas di-dubbing Bahasa Indonesia. Punya anjing ninja lucu namanya Shishimaru yang doyan makan dadar guling! Nom nom nom…
3. Kobo Chan
Cerita tentang kehidupan sehari-hari dari satu keluarga si Kobo-Chan yang tinggal di Jepang. Selalu takut dokter gigi dan dokter THT. Gara-gara Kobo-Chan, kita jadi tau gimana kehidupan di Jepang sana.
4. Sailor Moon
Favoritnya cewek-cewek nih! Dengan tagline-nya “dengan kekuatan bulan, akan menghukummu!” yang bikin kita selalu inget sama Sailor Moon, 5 gadis cantik yang kostumnya seperti seragam sekolah. Misinya adalah mencari sang putri bulan dan Kristal perak yang suka berebutan sama si Lelaki Tuxedo bertopeng!
5. Cardcaptor Sakura
Ini keren banget sampe menang award-award di Jepang. Ceritanya tentang si Sakura Kinomoto yang nggak sengaja ngebuka buku berisi Clow Card, karena itu dia harus mengumpulkan kembali kartu-kartu itu dibantu sama Kero, mahluk kecil imut warna kuning bersayap yang ngebantu Sakura saat ngumpulin kartu-kartu Clow Card, juga sahabatnya Sakura, Tomoyo Daidouji yang selalu jadi fotografer saat menyegel Clow Card dan juga ngebawain banyak kostum buat Sakura setiap kali dia ngelawan mahluk jahat dari Clow Card.
6. Captain Tsubasa
Favoritnya cowok-cowok nih! Tsubasa si anak SD yang pengen banget jadi pemain bola terbaik. Ceritanya tentang perjalanannya dalam merintis karir menjadi pemain bola yang terbaik di dunia, dengan gaya nendangnya yang nggak masuk akal kakinya bisa sampe membentuk sudut 180 dereajat!!
7. Honey Bee Hutch (Hatchii)
Waduh.. Satu kata deh buat Hatchi ini. Sedih soobbbbb….. Yang ada air mata banjir bececeran kemana-mana kalo nonton ini, si lebah yang bernama Hatchi yang pergi mencari Ibunya karena kepisah pas lahir. Salah satu kartun favorit NYUNYU nih, lagunya sampe sekarang selalu terngiang-ngiang di kepala. “Mama… Mama… Di manakah kau berada… Mama… Mama… Suatu saat pasti bertemu…”
8. Powerpuff Girls
Kota Townsville…………. SEDANG DALAM BAHAYAA!!!!!
Itu kata-kata yang biasanya terdengar dari kartun Powerpuff Girls di setiap awal episodenya. Tiga orang gadis yang berasal dari campuran bahan kimia yang diciptakan oleh sang Profesor Utonium. Blossom, Bubble, dan ButterCup berjuang melawan musuh yang mengacaukan kota Townsville. Musuh-musuhnya yang unik-unik banget ada Him, Fuzzy Lumpkins, Sedusa, Amoeba Boys dan pastinya Mojo Jojo.
9. Pokemon
Pokemon asalnya dari sebuah game di konsol Game Boy yang sukses banget di dunia. Saking berkembangnya akhirnya dibikin juga serial TV dan film Pokemon yang menceritakan tentang pengumpulan 649 spesies fiksi yang ada di semua seri Pokemon! Tokoh utamanya adalah Ash yang punya Pokemon Pikachu!
10. Digimon
Inget banget nih Digimon dulu ada di TV setiap minggu pagi sekitar jam setengah delapan. Digimon yang singkatannya adalah Digital Monster, mereka menetas dari telur yang disebut Digi-Eggs. Mereka bisa berevolusi dari level yang kecil ke level yang lebih tinggi. Perjalanan ceritanya seru banget, karakter-karakter yang terkenal di Digimon ada Agumon, Gabumon, Piyomon, Tentomon, Palmon, Gomamon, dan Patamon! Wuuh kangen!!
11. Sinchan
siapa yang gak ngakak kalo nonton film ini gan , kartun ini yang sering ane tonton sampe sekarang gan gara-gara episode nya jarang di ulang, kartun ini juga kartun tertua kedua di Indonesia (setelah Doraemon)
12. Doraemon
baling...baling... bambu!...
kartun yang satu ini masih ada sampe sekarang gan, kartun ini kartun yang paling lama di tayangin di indonesia loh.. kira-kira pas tahun 1980-an, film ini katanya udah tamat gan , katanya doraemon nya meninggal, agak gosipya
13. Dragon Ball
satu laginih... dragon ball dulu film yang ane tunggu setiap minggu pagi, dari ane tk sape smp filmnya gak tamat-tamat, pas ane smp akhirnya tamat juga gan, bercerita tentang seorang bocah bernama Goku yang hidup di tengah gunung sendirian. Dia lalu bertemu dengan Bulma, dragon ball itu seorang gadis muda jenius, yang berusaha mengumpulkan 7 bola ajaib yang katanya bisa mengabulkan semua keinginan. Bola-bola tersebut dinamakan Dragon Ball
